2013 Dodge Dart Mopar announced for Chicago Auto Show

Back in 2010, Chrysler introduced the special edition of the Dodge Challenger which was followed a year later by the limited edition of the Dodge Charger. Last year they unveiled a special Chrysler 300 and now Mopar has prepared a custom edition of the Dodge Dart which will be showcased in a few days at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. Limited to only 500 units, the car will be sold exclusively with a MultiAir 1.4-liter turbocharged and intercooled engine mated to a manual transmission.

It also has a performance-tuned exhaust system plus a Mopar ground-effects kit designed to optimize aero and increase downforce.

This kit also has a rear diffuser, front chin spoiler and a one-piece deck lid spoiler. The exterior of the car can be distinguished thanks to the glossy black finish with traditional Mopar blue stripes. We also notice the 18-inch glossy black alloy wheels featuring the Mopar logo and are wrapped around in low-profile performance tires measuring 225/40 R18. The car has also received a 7mm lowered suspension, uprated brake kit with slotted rotors, along with a performance steering-gear calibration.

On the inside, the 2013 Dodge Dart Mopar comes with a generous 8.4-inch navigation screen, leather-wrapped steering wheel with blue stitching, as well as a sports pedal kit and support for wireless charging.
