2015 Honda HR-V shown in European specification

Honda has disclosed plans to show the 2015 HR-V in European specification at the beginning of October when the Paris Motor Show kicks off. The compact crossover is based on the all-new Euro-spec Jazz and promises to provide “one of the most spacious and adaptable small SUV cabins” by moving the fuel tank below the front seats. The interior cabin will feature Honda’s versatile Magic Seats and owners will have the possibility of folding flat the rear seats to grant a larger loading area whenever there’s a need to carry voluminous cargo.

Honda hasn’t released engine details for the 2015 Euro-spec HR-V but prototype have been spied being equipped with a 4-cylinder i-VTEC 1.5-liter gasoline engine whereas the firm’s well-known 1.6-liter i-DTEC turbodiesel will likely be offered as well.

Sales of the 2015 Honda HR-V will probably begin towards the end of this year or in the first months of 2015.
