The engineers from B&B have come up with a worthy power upgrade for the limited edition Volkswagen Polo R WRC Street. The car in its standard configuration packs 217 bhp and 349 Nm from a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline mill. However, for 7,950 euros B&B can set you up with no less than 362 bhp and 510 Nm. They can do this by mounting a custom sports exhaust, a high-pressure fuel pump, high-performance charging air cooler and by changing the air suction system. The tuner will also conduct a bunch of engine managements and use a bespoke oil cooling system.
After all these modifications are made, the car will hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.2 seconds so it will be 1.2 seconds faster than the standard variant. More impressive is the 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) journey which is completed in 17.1 seconds, compared to 24.2 seconds needed by the stock car. B&B was able to increase the top speed of the Volkswagen Polo R WRC Street from 151 mph (243 km/h) to 168 mph (270 km/h).
