2014 Toyota Highlander priced at $29,215

The 2014 Toyota Highlander has a starting price in the United States of $29,215 and it is programmed to go on sale next month. The base model will get you 18-inch rims, Entune sound system, an eight-seat interior and a backup camera. LE Plus variant comes along with a tri-zone automatic climate control system, a better sound system, leather steering wheel, power liftgate, as well as fog lights and an eight-way power driver’s seat. The XLE model gains a moonroof, eight-inch display with navigation, premium audio system and heated front seats wrapped around in leather.

The Highlander Limited has been equipped with 19-inch wheels, LED daytime running lights, heated and cooled front seats, along with several safety-oriented systems. Optional goodies – depending on the model – include Smart Key, dynamic radar cruise control, automatic high beam headlights, blu-ray entertainment system, ambient interior lightning, second row captain chairs and a heated steering wheel.


Engine lineup consists of a 185 bhp 4-cylinder 2.5-liter, a 270 bhp 3.5-liter V6 and a hybrid version encompassing a V6 3.5-liter working together with an electric motor to provide a combined output of 280 bhp.
