BMW X5 M and X6 M upgraded by Dähler

The latest generation BMW X5 M and X6 M have received a series of upgrades from the German aftermarket specialists at Dähler Design & Technik GmbH. They focused on the 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine and after applying their first stage kit they managed to bump output from the series 575 PS (423 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) to no less than 664 PS (488 kW) and 820 Nm (605 lb-ft). This has lowered the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) by 0.3 seconds to 3.9 seconds while the maximum speed has increased from an electronically-capped 155 mph (250 km/h) to 190 mph (305 km/h) which is still limited.

The tuner is also offering 22- and 23-inch alloys, adjustable chassis, high-performance catalysts, a custom exhaust system made from stainless steel and a bunch of tweaks for the interior cabin. Lastly, the rpm limiter and the gas pedal response can also be altered to make the high-performnace SAVs even sportier.
