Bentley unleashes Mulsanne Speed with 1,100 Nm of torque

Bentley is introducing the Mulsanne Speed, a higher performance edition of the luxury sedan which comes with an uprated V8 6.75-liter engine outputting no less than 537 PS (395 kW) & 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft) of torque. The vehicle needs just 4.9 seconds to run the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint and keeps on going until it reaches a top speed of 190 mph (305 km/h). Power is sent to the wheels through an updated eight-speed automatic transmission featuring an S mode which grants a faster engine response. The motor benefits from cylinder deactivation and can run only on four cylinders, reducing emissions from 393 g/km to 342 g/km.
