BMW unveils 1-Series DTM Sport Edition

BMW has taken the wraps off the 1-Sereis DTM Sport Edition which serves as a celebration for Marco Witmann’s triumph this year in the 2014 DTM season. It’s basically a replacement for the traditional M Sport Package which will be discontinued starting next month and those who have already ordered the kit, regardless of engine choice, will take advantage of a discount of up to 2,900 euros. The package encompasses xenon headlights, star-spoke style 386 M 18-inch alloy wheels, a high gloss black interior cabin trim and the rest of the goodies that you will normally find in the M Sport Package designed for the BMW 1-Series.

The previous set of 17-inch star-spoke 383 M alloy wheel set will no longer be available while the rest of the visual changes will be virtually carried over without any modifications as seen in the attached official image provided by BMW. Needless to say, the entire idea of this kit is the massive price cut rather than new items.
