Hyundai Vision G Concept Coupe goes official

The Hyundai Vision G Concept Coupe has made its online debut and is now heading to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. This stylish four-seater is envisioned as a more luxurious derivative of the Genesis Coupe and comes with sweptback headlights and a prominent front grille while a long hood, large alloy wheels and the high beltline make the concept stand out even more. Hyundai’s designers have implemented a sleek roofline and a dynamic greenhouse while the back of the car hosts a trunk lid spoiler lip and a dual exhaust system giving the coupe a more masculine look.

As far as the interior is concerned, it’s perhaps one of the most luxurious ever created by Hyundai and comes with upscale leather-wrapped seats, gold accents and a wood trim while for entertainment there’s a Lexicon sound system. Other noticeable features include several digital displays, a three-spoke steering wheel and what appears to be an Alcantara headliner.

In terms of power, the Hyundai Vision G Concept Coupe has received the familiar 5.0-liter Tau V8 engine delivering 420 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 383 lb-ft of torque at 5,000 rpm. This is a direct-injection motor featuring an optimized intake runner length, low-torque exhaust manifold and an increased compression ratio while the multiple-injection mapping has been upgraded.
