MINI Vision introduced as preview for next-gen Cooper

MINI is previewing the next generation of the highly anticipated Cooper with this interesting concept called Vision which adopts an evolutionary design mixing classic styling with a modern approach. It has been fitted with a sleek aerodynamic front bumper matched with a redesigned grille that has a hexagonal form with built-in fog lights. We also notice the inclusion of full LED headlights which feature an outer ring acting as daytime running lights (DRLs). MINI has added “organo metal” accents, a dual exhaust system mounted in the center and a tailgate-fitted spoiler for a sporty look.

Moving inside the stylish cabin we find kind of a symmetrical design blending in with the exterior styling. MINI used a combination of textures and colors to create a truly unique layout and have added lounge-like seats for better comfort. There are also Union Jack-inspired elastic straps, a floating center console and circular displays. In addition, the MINI Vision Concept has a Driving Experience Control system which gives permission to those sitting in the cabin to modify the cabin’s lightning scheme.

The next generation of the MINI Cooper will be revealed before the end of the year, which strong chances of making its public appearance in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
