Gran Turismo 6 players can rejoice as Mitsubishi has just unveiled the XR-PHEV Evolution Vision Gran Turismo virtual concept which has been digitally developed exclusively for Polyphony Digital’s racing game. The vehicle was envisioned as a high-performance car boasting a huge rear wing and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic body featuring aerodynamic side skirts and an aggressive front. It rides on 20-inch alloys and is powered by a hybrid system working together with a dual-clutch eight-speed gearbox. Power is channeled to both axles and according to Mitsubishi it provides the vehicle with great handling capabilities.
Those who are interested in getting the Mitsubishi XR-PHEV Evolution Vision Gran Turismo will want to know that the car can be obtained either by buying it in Gran Turismo 6’s “Cars” section or by completing a lap in a new Seasonal Event.
