The Seat 20V20 concept has made its world premiere this week at the 85th Geneva Motor Show. It acts as a sneak preview for the company’s first ever crossover which will actually be built by Skoda in Czech Republic and it’s scheduled to go on sale in 2016. The concept has been blessed with full LED headlights and rides on 20-inch rims while the overall length stands at 4.66 meters, with a wheelbase measuring 2.79 meters.

Seat has not mentioned what powers the concept but we do know the production model will get an assortment of TSI and TDI four-cylinder engines and there also might be a hotter Cupra version set to go on sale later during the car’s lifespan. The Seat 20V20 concept depicted here has a DSG transmission and benefits from an electronically-controlled four-wheel drive system.

The production car will ride on the MQB platform and it is believed the model’s name will not have anything in common with the Leon even though the crossover will use many of the components found in the hatchback.
