2013 Citroen C3 Picasso arrives in UK
At Paris Motor Show, Citroen introduced a mid-life facelift for the C3 Picasso. The car has now made it into UK showrooms where it is available starting with 12,995 pounds. The small minivan features the firm’s double-chevron front grille and a slightly modified look of the front bumper that now has built-in LED daytime running lights for the more premium variants. There are also two new exterior colors called Pearlescent White and Ink Blue. Inside the cabin there are several updates and a type of trim named Mistral Mixou for the VTR+ variants. Customers are able to choose the optional full black leather upholstery when getting the Exclusive variant.
Citroen has also added the eMyWay satellite navigation system that can be ordered with rear parking sensors and a reversing camera. The Automatic Pack option for the 2013 Citroen C3 Picasso now features an electro-chrome rear view mirror without any additional costs, while the VT variant now comes with a new set of 15-inch Asterodea wheel covers.
As far as the engine changes are concerned, only the HDi 110 power unit has been tweaked to output an additional 5 hp, delivering a total power of 115 hp without having a negative effect on the fuel economy or increasing CO2 emissions. As you would expect, this diesel engine is now known as the HDi 115 in order to reflect the additional horsepower available.
