2015 Kia K900 officially revealed at Los Angeles Auto Show
Kia’s flagship model has just arrived in Los Angeles with a rather uninspiring “K900 moniker.” The rear-wheel drive full-size sedan has a generous 119.9-inch wheelbase and from a design point of view it looks like a bigger and more expensive Cadenza. The vehicle benefits from fully independent front and rear suspensions and will be offered with a choice of two engines. The base V6 3.8-liter churns 311 bhp (232 kW) while the optional V8 5.0-liter develops 420 bhp. These two power units will work together with a new 8-speed automatic gearbox. V6 model gets 18-inch alloys while the V8 version rides on 19-inch rims.
From the long list of standard equipment offered for the 2015 Kia K900 we mention the 17-speaker, 900-watt Lexicon audio system which also comes with a trunk-mounted 12-channel digital amplifier and an inverted subwoofer. Other goodies include a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, power adjustable driver’s seat, rear parking sensors and various safety systems.
