Buick has taken the wraps off the 2015 Envision at the Chengdu Motor Show in China. It represents a model that will effectively slot between the smaller Encore and the larger Enclave and was designed to target the “social elites.” The model adopts an elegant small waterfall front grille which is being flanked by xenon headlights equipped with LED daytime running lights. It also comes with some chrome trim, prominent character lines and sits on 19-inch alloy wheels. On the inside there are metallic accents combined with a wood trim, a Bose sound system, infotainment system with eight-inch display, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof and heated & cooled front seats.
Motivation of the 2015 Buick Envision is provided exclusively by a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine developing 256 bhp (191 kW) and a peak torque of 353 Nm (260 lb-ft). It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox and an AWD system allowing the model to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 8.4 seconds and have a fuel consumption of 8.8 liters / 100 km.
