The high-powered Mercedes-AMG C63 S Estate is now even stronger thanks to the aftermarket specialists at performmaster. Focus was on the V8 4.0-liter twin-turbo engine which in the standard “S” guise packs a mighty punch of 476 PS and 650 Nm, but now after the tuner installed its PEC module they were able to unlock no less than 612 PS and 840 Nm of torque. That means it now has 28% more horsepower and 29% additional torque which is enough oomph to grant the high-performance wagon with a top speed of 310 km/h whereas the standard C63 S Estate fitted with the AMG Driver’s Package can do “only” 280 km/h.
Those who are more interested in acceleration will be happy to hear the high-performance compact wagon now needs just 3.8 seconds to complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run which makes it 0.3s faster than the standard model. It’s the same story with the 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) sprint which is accomplished in 11.4 seconds, representing a 1.3s decrease.
Besides the Mercedes-AMG C63 S Estate, the tuners at performmaster can install this impressive power package in the Mercedes-AMG GT which uses the same newly developed twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine.
