Aston Martin releases new images with Lagonda
Aston Martin has published a new batch of images with the forthcoming Lagonda programmed to go on sale next year. The model will be built in a limited series and all cars are going to be delivered to customers from the Middle East. It rides on the same VH platform as the Rapide but is considerably longer and benefits from carbon fiber body panels. Around 100 cars will be manufactured and all will come with a tweaked version of the 6.0-liter V12 engine which will generate around 600 bhp. Power will be channeled to the rear axle through an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
The modern Aston Martin Lagonda is going to run the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in approximately 4.2 seconds while inside the luxurious cabin there will be lots of premium leather on just about all surfaces. We also notice an elegant “waterfall” center console as well as wood and aluminum details creating possibly one of the best interiors ever installed on a sedan.
