Aston Martin Works 60th Anniversary Vanquish revealed
The Aston Martin Works 60th Anniversary Vanquish special edition has been introduced with an array of enhancements. It was created to celebrate the 60th birthday of Aston Martin Works and is one of the five other limited-run models which will be launched in the near future and each edition will reflect one of the six decades. The first of the bunch is the car seen in the attached images which wears a white exterior paint scheme complemented by the Anniversary Yellow side strakes while the alloy wheels adopt a two-tone white & yellow paint.
Stepping inside the cabin, the Aston Martin Works 60th Anniversary Vanquish can be distinguished by its heavy weave carbon fiber trim, two-tone upholstery with contrast yellow stitching, along with bespoke sill plates and a unique rotary knob built using metal from a previous engine of an Aston Martin.
Speaking of engine, the limited-run Vanquish is motivated by a V12 6.0-liter developing 568 bhp (423 kW) and a peak torque of 630 Nm (464 lb-ft) channeled to the wheels with help from an 8-speed automatic gearbox. It’s enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of no less than 200 mph (321 km/h).
There’s no word yet about the price tag or how many cars will ever be made.
