German tuner ABT Sportsline has released a power boost program for the Audi S3 Sedan. They made it even punchier than the mighty RS3 Sportback as output of the four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged engine has increased by 100 PS to a grand total of 400 PS whereas the five-cylinder RS3 “only” has 367 PS. The torque has also jumped significantly as it now stands at 480 Nm so ABT’s engineers were able to squeeze an additional 100 Nm while keeping intact the engine’s reliability even though it now has so much more power compared to the standard variant.
ABT Sportsline has also installed a bespoke front grille as well as fender inserts and a stainless steel muffler featuring black chrome-plated tips. They are also offering a wide array of 18- to 20-inch alloys for the Audi S3 Sedan which can be equipped with other goodies like a front and rear anti-roll bar set, integrated entrance lights and floor mats.
ABT isn’t talking about the car’s performances, but it should be considerably quicker than the regular Audi S3 Sedan which runs the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 4.9 seconds with the S tronic transmission and 5.3 seconds with the standard 6-speed manual gearbox.
