Manhart is developing a tuning kit for the BMW X4 in xDrive35d guise. A work in progress, the upgrade program has bumped output of the 3.0-liter diesel engine from the stock 313 PS (230 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) to 375 PS (276 kW) and 740 Nm (546 lb-ft) of torque. Performance figures have not been released but we remind you that the standard BMW X4 needs 5.2 seconds to complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run so this upgraded variant by Manhart should accomplish the task in less than five seconds.
Aside from the additional oomph, Manhart is also offering for the BMW X4 a fresh set of 21-inch Concave One alloy wheels that can have either a black or a silver finish. In addition, owners of the German crossover can customize their vehicles with a sports lowered suspension for a more aggressive stance.
