CH Auto Event electrifies Beijing audience
A design studio from China that goes by the name of CH Auto has taken the wraps off the Event concept which represents an all-electric vehicle with a rear-wheel drive layout. Its heart and soul is an electric motor producing 400 bhp and 650 Nm of torque which enables the vehicle to complete the 0-100 km/h sprint in five seconds before hitting a top speed of 2000 km/h which has been electronically limited. It has received a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 41.1 kWh that provides enough juice for as much as 200 km.
The CH Auto Event’s battery can be charged in approximately six hours from a 220V charge. The vehicle weighs 1,685 kg and the prototype shown in Beijing had a complete interior and was actually a functional concept. Nevertheless, don’t expect to see it on the roads in the near future.
