Citroen will be showcasing this weekend at 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed the DS3 Cabrio Racing Concept which will also be on display at the Frankfurt Motor Show programmed for September.
This is basically a cabriolet variant of the DS3 Racing which most likely was conceived as a preview for a limited-run production model.
Under the hood it takes the same turbocharged 1.6-liter THP mill which can unleash 202 bhp, turning the DS3 Cabrio Racing Concept into quite a pocket rocket which should be very fun to drive.
The concept has been equipped with 19-inch glossy black wheels and has Carmin-colored brake calipers and wheel hubs, together with a black canvas roof and black chrome inserts. The interior cabin is distinguished by the bucket seats covered in a combination of Alcantara, leather and Nappa, while the gearshift, seat housings and dashboard adopt a Carmin look.
