DMC imagines Lamborghini Aventador LP1200-4R concept
DMC has revealed plans for a possible high-performance Lamborghini Aventador which would be built with the “LP1200-4R” moniker. The vehicle can become a reality if someone will be willing to part with no less than $2.5 million. DMC says that in exchange for this sum the supercar’s V12 6.5-liter engine would receive twin turbochargers while the displacement would increase to 7.7 liters. As a result of these changes, output would increase from the series 700 HP and 690 Nm to 1,200 HP and 910 Nm. DMC goes on saying that with different types of fuel and pressure settings the engine could deliver as much as 1,500 HP.
Moreover, the tuner says that hitting the 2,000 HP is possible, while the vehicle would be equipped with an all-new body featuring more and larger air vents, 20-inch front / 21-inch rear alloy wheels, an adaptive ride height – all wrapped around in a body estimated to weigh 1,575 kg. The 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) would be achieved in just 2.3 seconds, en route to a top speed which should go beyond the 233 mph (375 km/h) mark.
