The 2014 VelociRaptor is based on the latest Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and is the work of Hennessey which has developed a brand new rear end which makes the car an SUV, whereas the standard model is a pickup truck. Upon a closer inspection, we can see that the American tuner has borrowed a few parts from the Ford Excursion, but even so it looks like it’s a stock model. On the inside nothing much has changed but there’s a third row seat which means the vehicle can carry up to eight people. For more money clients can opt for “executive office appointments” and communications systems.
In terms of power, the 2014 Hennessey VelociRaptor is powered exclusively by a V8 6.2-liter supercharged mill producing 600 bhp (447 kW). It has received new wheels and tires, as well as a new set of Brembo brakes.
Although a price tag has not been revealed yet, Hennessey is already taking orders.
