During this month’s Beijing Motor Show in China, Honda unveiled the Concept B which serves as a sneak preview for a five-door production model that will be developed specifically for the local market. The car in question is going to be a compact hatchback with an affordable price tag and will go on sale in 2016. The vehicle will target mostly young customers and is going to be offered with a hybrid powertrain labeled “FUNTEC” that according to Honda will make the car more fun to drive and also more efficient in terms of fuel consumption.
The Honda Concept B seen here rides on chrome alloy wheels and benefits from elongated daytime running lights equipped with LED technology. Other noticeable features include an oversized front grille and C-shaped taillights that have been connected to one another via a centrally-positioned light bar.
