The Isuzu D-Max Fury has arrived in United Kingdom where it joins the already available Blade version. This latest addition is actually based on the D-Max Eiger double cab version, but comes with a bespoke Magma Red metallic exterior paint scheme featuring a dark grey metallic front grille and it rides on a fresh set of 17-inch alloys that have a grey finish. It has also received a red Isuzu logo and gun metal grey side steps while on the inside there’s a leather-covered steering wheel, unique floor mats and red contrast stitching. Isuzu has also added a four-speaker sound system, rearview camera, air conditioning and a multimedia system with support for iPod, USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
The 2015 Isuzu D-Max Fury (UK-spec) can be had exclusively with a 2.5-liter twin-turbo diesel engine which generates 160 bhp (120 kW) and a maximum torque of 400 Nm (295 lb-ft). Power is channeled to a standard four-wheel drive system with help from a standard six-speed manual gearbox or an optional five-speed automatic transmission.
Isuzu says the D-Max Fury will go on sale sometime next month and is going to carry a starting price of £19,999 before adding any of the available optional goodies.
