Justin Bieber was filmed while getting into his white Ferrari 458 Italia after exiting the Laugh Factory comedy club on Sunset Boulevard. Nothing out of the ordinary until he simply drives away after hitting one of the many paparazzi which were taking lots of photos of 19-year-old pop star. The Los Angeles Police Department launched an investigation and interviewed Bieber but he wasn’t even fined since police considered “preliminary investigations indicated it was not” a hit & run incident. The police told TMZ the photographer “was at fault because he was a pedestrian in the roadway.”
