Kia has taken the wraps off a new flagship version of the Carens in UK which will be sold in the 3 Sat Nav trim. It starts at 24,845 pounds (not including the 495 pounds metallic paint) and comes with a long list of goodies such as a 7-inch touchscreen sat-nav with maps of Europe and support for Traffic Management Channel. Other than that, the people-carrier has six airbags, three-point seatbelts for all seven seats, a full length panoramic roof and leather seats. Kia also fitted the car with an upgraded audio system encompassing 7 speakers, 8-channel external amplifier, subwoofer and AUX/USB/iPod support.
The Kia Carens 3 Sat Nav features a dual-zone climate control system and is available exclusively with a 1.7-liter CRDi engine outputting 134 bhp (100 kW) which is sent to the front axle with help from a 6-speed manual transmission.
