German aftermarket specialist KTW Tuning has released a new upgrade program for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG which they call Black Daimler. It is based on the non-Black Series version but tries to imitate the range-topping C-Class model in looks and power. They were able to increase the output of the engine to 518 bhp, whereas the Black Series version is rated at 510 bhp. Another modification that they have made is to remove the top speed limiter which means you are able to test the car’s potential on the Autobahn portions where there is no top speed limit.
After taking care of the power department, KTW Tuning worked on the design of the vehicle and they have installed a new body kit which brings a different black front grille which ditches the Mercedes-Benz logo. We also notice the tinted rear and side windows, as well as the custom 20-inch alloys covered by 235/30 ZR20 tires at the front and 275/25 ZR20 for the rear axle.
The entire upgrade kit for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe will set you back 6,599 euros.
