Several magazine scans have emerged and it is believed these depict Lamborghini’s upcoming concept set to receive the “Asterion” moniker. The vehicle will reportedly feature a hybrid powertrain judging by the lightning bolt in the “o” but this information has not been confirmed yet. Details are scarce at the moment, but the model is believed to have a conventional V10 engine, likely the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated motor, working with three electric motors in order to grant a combined output of no less than 900 HP (662 kW).
Lamborghini will unveil the Asterion concept during the first press day of the 2014 Paris Motor Show programmed for October 2. It’s highly unlikely a production version is being concerned since we all know the company is busy these days putting the finishing touches on the Urus which will likely be introduced towards the end of 2017.
