Land Rover Discovery XXV Special Edition announced
Land Rover has decided to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Discovery by launching a “XXV Special Edition” which will effectively go on sale in the fourth quarter of the year with an estimated price tag of 63,000 pounds. 25 years later after the original model came out in United Kingdom in 1989, this special Discovery is based on the luxury HSE trim level and will be offered with just four exterior paint schemes while on the inside it will have Windsor leather upholstery. There’s also an updated steering wheel wrapped around in leather and featuring wooden accents.
The Land Rover Discovery XXV Special Edition sits on split five-spoke 20-inch alloy wheels and has received the aforementioned Windsor leather on the instrument binnacle, door tops and on the cabin’ fascia while the “XXV” badging on the front doors and tailgate rounds off the changes.
