Minivan destroyed by a powerful typhoon
Japan is without any doubt one of the most unfortunate countries in the world in terms of natural disasters taking into consideration the powerful earthquakes and tsunamis of the last few years. On Sunday, another big typhoon called Jelawat hit the country’s main island of Honshu, killing two people and injuring about one hundred more.
The following video was recorded by Joseph M. Nolan who is a US Marine at the American Marine base. This clip shows how powerful the typhoon is, managing to reach speeds of up to 145 mph (234 km/h). In the process, it grabbed a minivan and tossed it into the air.
