Nissan has surprised the crowd gathered at the Super GT International Series in Malaysia as they’ve unveiled a new concept that goes by the name of Almera Nismo Performance. It previews a production model which will come out before the end of this year and comes with a fairly attractive aero body kit encompassing new side skirts, front lip spoiler, trunk-mounted spoiler and a rear diffuser. In addition, the concept has also received 17-inch rims, a Nismo exhaust system as well as a sports suspension. Nismo president expressed his happiness of seeing Nismo-branded mainstream models, like this Almera.
Don’t get your hopes up too high as the Almera Nismo Performance is powered by a sluggish 4-cylinder, 1.5-liter gasoline engine which only develops 102 HP (75 kW) and a peak torque of 102 lb-ft (139 Nm).
