We are looking at the Opel Insignia is3 concept prepared by the aftermarket specialists from Irmscher. By the looks of it, they took a pre-facelift version of the hot Insignia OPC and applied an exterior treatment that sends a strong vibe of a street-legal race car. The vehicle has been fitted with different side skirts, a front splitter and a rear diffuser. Moreover, the car now rides on larger 20-inch alloys and benefits from a big rear wing.
The vehicle’s engine has been massaged to develop an additional 45 PS which means it’s now capable of pumping out 370 PS which is enough to allow the model complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in less than 5.8 seconds. According to the tuner, this Opel Insignia is3 concept is going to be used as support for the development of other accessories specifically designed for the Insignia.
