Parking your supercar next to the living room in a Singapore apartment
What sort of options have those who own expensive cars and live in Singapore? In such a crowded country, finding a free parking spot can be a real adventure but those with deep pockets don’t have to worry about this. Why? Because there’s an upscale apartment building there where the homes are connected to a garage. We are talking about the Hamilton Scotts ‘Sky Garage Apartments’ that has a regular elevator for the people and another one for their cars. This biometrically-controlled lift will deliver the car right next to the apartment beside the living room. As you would expect, it doesn’t come cheap as a two-car garage home begins at $7.5 million, while the penthouses with four parking spots cost $24 million.
