Porsche Panamera gets a Platinum Edition
As if the Panamera wasn’t already a premium car, Porsche has decided to launch a more elegant edition for the Panamera 4 and Panamera Diesel versions. Both cars come with metallic finishes and a longer list of amenities. It is important to mention that both models borrow some components from the Turbo variant, such as the air-inlet grille lamellas, the side view mirrors, as well as the air vent grille. Customers will be able to get the car in one of the five colors available, plus black and white hues. Standard goodies include 19-inch alloy wheels, automatically dimming mirrors, parking assist and bi-xenon headlights.
Inside the cabin of the Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition there is a combination of black/luxor beige leather, a “Porsche” crest on all of the headrests and “Platinum Edition” door sills. Other than that, the car comes with the firm’s Power Steering Plus system, a 7-inch high-resolution TFT touchscreen display, PCM communication management system and a 234-watt 11-speaker audio system.
The Porsche Panamera Platinum has a starting price of 79,707 euros, while the diesel will set you back 82,206 euros. If you are willing to spend more than that, the fully equipped Panamera 4 Platinum is available for a steep 87,323 euros.
