The German aftermarket specialists from Minitune have tricked out a previous generation MINI Cooper S. The vehicle has gained a new body kit which encompasses aerodynamic side skirts, a front lip spoiler, as well as a reshaped rear bumper featuring a faux diffuser.
We also notice the Motec Nitro 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped around in Kumho tires, along with a Koni sports suspension and a spoiler mounted on the tailgate.
The changes continue underneath the bonnet where the MINI Cooper S has received a remapped ECU together with a stainless steel sports exhaust system and a high performance intercooler. Thanks to these upgrades, the 4-cylinder, 1.6-liter turbocharged engine has gained 44 PS and 79 Nm which means it’s now capable of developing 218 PS and a maximum torque of 319 Nm.
