We could very well be looking at the production version of the Lexus LF-NX set to come out later this year. Lexus released two concepts of the LF-NX in 2013 and now they are ready to introduce the production version which as you would imagine looks a little bit toned down compared to the concepts. The low-res photo you see attached here is a snapshot taken during a presentation held by Toyota CEO Jim Lentz during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit earlier this month.
It will be an important and interesting model for Lexus since the LF-NX compact crossover will be powered by the firm’s first ever turbocharged engine. This will be a 2.0-liter four-cylinder motor that was already showcased in the LF-NX Turbo concept at the end of 2013 during the Tokyo Motor Show.
