Range Rover unleashes Evoque Autobiography Dynamic with 285 HP

There is a new range-topping Range Rover Evoque on the block and it’s called the Autobiography Dynamic. Its heart and soul is the familiar 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo engine which now delivers an additional 45 HP and 60 Nm of torque for a grant total of 285 HP and 400 Nm. This gasoline power unit works together with a revised nine-speed automatic transmission provided by ZF which according to Land Rover is now offering an improved response. The vehicle is fitted as standard equipment with a four-wheel drive system and comes with a tweaked steering system that aims to be more precise.

Land Rover’s engineers have also updated the suspension of this flagship Evoque by recalibrating the adaptive dampers, retuning the suspension geometry and firming up the spring rates. The front wheels now come with 350mm brake discs while the braking system also consists of a torque vectoring by braking system designed to diminish understeer on both low- and high-grip roads.

The Range Rover Evoque Autobiography Dynamic is nicely equipped with leather upholstery (six available hues), dynamic plus leather with premium or sports seats (four colors), “Autobiography” embossed logo on the headrests and illuminated tread plates. It also comes with Land Rover InControl Apps so you will be able to use a variety of applications right from the touchscreen display.
