Renault-powered Infiniti Red Bull Racing won last weekend both the drivers’ and constructors’ Formula 1 championship so the French automaker decided that the proper way to celebrate this double achievement would be by introducing a special edition Megane RS 265 that goes by the name of Red Bull RB8. At its heart is the familiar 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine capable of unleashing 265 bhp sent to the front axle. The car is nicely equipped with grooved brake discs featuring Brembo red calipers at the front, along with a limited slip differential, stiffer springs, dampers and roll bar.
Only 120 cars will be produced and will feature a Dusk Blue exclusive paintjob complemented by platinum accents. Step inside the cabin and you find an on-board RS Monitor 2.0, R-Link Multimedia, TomTom navigation, front body-hugging Recaro seats and “Red Bull Racing” badging.
