Renault Logan introduced in Brazil
Renault has unveiled its own version of the Dacia Logan which will be sold and built in Brazil. It actually looks more refined than its Romanian sibling thanks to the additional use of chrome at the front fascia, while the back of the car shows updated graphics for the taillights. Moving inside the cabin we notice the circular air vents have been removed in order to make room for rectangular ones, and Renault mentions that the more expensive versions of the Logan will be offered with a two-tone interior look complemented by silver accents.
The base model will be known as Authentique and will come as standard with dual airbags and ABS, while the mid-level Expression will feature rear folding seats, burglar alarm system, trip computer, sound system, height-adjustable steering wheel and an AC system. Opt for the flagship Dynamique version and you also benefit from rear power windows, electric mirrors, fog lights and split-folding seats.
Renault says that for more money you will be able to configure the 2014 Logan with an automatic climate control and a touchscreen navigation system. Engine lineup will comprise two flex fuel engines: a 77 bhp 1.0-liter and a larger 98 bhp 1.6-liter mill.
