Rolls-Royce has taken the wraps of a special edition Phantom Drophead Coupe called “Maharaja” which will be sold exclusively in Dubai. The limited-run model is visually distinguished by its Carrara White exterior paint scheme which features an Emerald Green coachline as well as Peacock emblems as a celebration to India’s national bird. There’s also a lovely retractable Deep Green which once operated it reveals the truly bespoke interior cabin of the high-end model. Rolls-Royce has used an elegant Crème Light leather upholstery combined with Emerald Green accents while the arm rests and dashboard benefit from marquetry inlay.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe Maharaja limited edition has also been equipped with peacock-inspired styling cues inside the cabin where we also notice the embroidered headrests. The reason why the legendary British marque has selected to launch this version has to do with the the connection between Rolls-Royce and Maharajas who over the last 50 years have acquired no less than 840 cars.
