Third generation Hyundai Tucson priced from £18,695
The third generation Hyundai Tucson is now available on order in UK from £18,695. For this money you will be getting the entry-level S version which rides on 16-inch alloys and comes with USB, AUX, DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic headlights and air conditioning. The SE trim begins at £20,495 and adds dual-zone climate control, 17-inch wheels, projection headlights with cornering, rear parking sensors, heated front seats and a lane keep assist system. Up next is SE Nav from £21,295 which features an 8-inch touchscreen for the sat-nav system and the reversing camera. It also boasts a shark fin antenna and the Speed Limit Information System.
The third-gen Hyundai Tucson can also be had in a Premium trim from £25,045 which features 19-inch rims, leather upholstery, front parking sensors, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot detection, heated rear seats, automatic wipers and rear cross traffic alert. There’s also the Premium SE variant from £28,345 which has smart parking assist, heated steering wheel, keyless smart entry with start/stop button, along with a panoramic sunroof with electric slide & tilt function, as well as LED taillights, an electric tailgate and ventilated front seats.
The 2016 Hyundai Tucson (UK-spec) will be offered with a 132 PS 1.6-liter normally aspirated engine, a 1.7-liter CRDi diesel with 116 PS and a larger 2.0-liter CRDi producing 136 PS and 185 PS. Gearbox choices include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed auto and a 7-speed dual clutch.
