The Volkswagen colour up! is the newest trim to join the lineup of VAG’s smallest model on sale today. It’s based on the flagship high up! version and comes as standard with fog lights while the body is available with five two-tone colors. You get to choose between sandstorm yellow and fontana red accents applied on the “polygon” 17-inch rims, side mirrors and also on the side decorative stripe which also has the “colour” lettering. There’s not much else going on the outside, but we should mention it comes with tinted rear and side windows.
Stepping inside the cabin, the Volkswagen colour up! comes with a so-called “dashpad” which is basically a dashboard styling panel while the rings of the air vents now have a colorful finish. Also noticeable are several chrome accents, an air conditioning system and VW is telling us the car will be sold as standard with a tire pressure indicator.
Pricing begins at €13,375 in Germany and Volkswagen has already opened the order books, with other countries in Europe set to receive the model in the near future. If you are not a big fan of this model, we should remind you that Skoda sells the Citigo and Seat the Mii, with all three cars being virtually the same as only the design is different.
