Volkswagen introduces Eos Final Edition
Volkswagen’s U.S. division has made an important announcement this week concerning their 2015 model year lineup in United States. First up, we already know the Jetta and Touareg have received a modest facelift and there are also additional diesel engines on offer for select model. However, the big news refers to killing the Eos after the 2015MY. Before they do that, Volkswagen will offer a Final Edition based on the Sport trim but with more standard equipment, 18-inch rims, “silver net” interior trim and two-tone leather upholstery on the seats.
Moreover, Volkswagen’s U.S. division says the Touran has been effectively axed as it won’t be available for the 2015 model year. It should be mentioned VW stopped offering the Touran to customers after the 2012 model year but they still made it as a fleet vehicle until the end of the 2014 model year.
