Volkswagen unveils Jetta GLI MOMO Edition
Volkswagen will bring this week to SEMA their Jetta GLI MOMO Edition which features several tweaks inside and out. The compact sedan has received a red exterior paint scheme with yellow strips and now benefits from a roof rack while the standard wheels were replaced by a fresh set of 19-inch MOMO Revenge rims wrapped around in Pirelli P Zero high performance tires. On the inside it gets bespoke floor mats, unique sill plates and embroidered headrest while the driver’s side air vent incorporates a vehicle information display showing information such as the outside temperature, turbo boost and others. The model can also be distinguished by the MOMO GT50 Anniversario steering wheel, numerous yellow accents and the yellow contrast stitching.
There are several mechanical tweaks as the Jetta GLI MOMO Edition has an upgraded 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo engine featuring a Milltek Sport stainless steel cat-back exhaust system which probably has bumped the output beyond the model’s standard 210 bhp and 207 lb-ft output. It also comes with new braking system with Brembo components for the front axle and Golf R parts at the back. Last but not least, there are new sway bars and H&R Street Performance coilovers rounding off the list of upgrades.
