The Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG has recently been upgraded by Voltage Design who developed an aerodynamic body kit made from carbon fiber. It costs €24,900 and comes with front apron wings, front spoiler, mirror caps, diffuser, roof spoiler and side skirts while for an additional €3,000 you can get a carbon fiber hood. Other goodies include a carbon ceramic braking system with 420mm front & 370mm rear discs at €14,850 which lower the overall curb weight by 30 kg while the standard wheels are replaced with a fresh set of 21-inch rims.
The engineers from Voltage Design focused their attention towards the 6.0-liter V12 twin-turbo engine which in the stock car produces 630 HP and 1,000 Nm but for an extra €3,899 it can be upgraded to 680 HP. Top speed is also lifted from the electronically-capped 155 mph (250 km/h) to 186 mph (300 km/h). The stage two power package bumps output to 720 HP and 1,150 Nm for those willing to pay the €7,899 price tag. With the second power boost, the S65 AMG will be able to hit a top speed of 199 mph (320 km/h).
