The Volvo XC90 R-Design can now be ordered in United Kingdom at a starting price of £49,785. The model is labeled as being the “sportiest XC90 yet” and comes with a huge amount of standard equipment, including among others the diamond-cut 20-inch rims along with a glossy black mesh for the front grille. It also has silver mirror caps, LED headlights, a power-operated tailgate and a 9-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system. Those who buy the car will also be able to enjoy the 12.3-inch TFT driver information display, leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather/nubuck sports seats and electrically adjustable front seats.
As if this wasn’t enough, the Volvo XC90 R-Design has also been fitted with a two-zone automatic climate control system and several safety & assistance systems like front collision warning, lane departure warning, pedestrian & cyclist detection and lots of airbags. At an additional cost, buyers will be able to opt for the optional air suspension that grants a smoother ride on bumpy roads.
The Volvo XC90 R-Design is being sold in United Kingdom with the T6 Drive-E and D5 diesel engines, but you can also opt for the stronger T8 Twin Engine hybrid. The cheapest model money can buy starts at £49,785 OTR.
