Despite the fact that the second generation of the Porsche Cayman has been revealed only a couple of months ago at the Los Angeles Auto Show, there already are tuners who are developing aftermarket packages for the Boxster coupe. One such example is SpeedART who was announced its plans of bringing the SP81-CR at next month’s 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The good news is that they already have published two photos with the modified Cayman and have provided some preliminary technical details to create buzz until the car gets its public outing in March.
As the two official images show, the 2013 Porsche Cayman by SpeedART has a full sporty body kit encompassing a redesigned bonnet, new front spoiler and various carbon fiber accents. We should also mention the fixed rear wing, rear bumper and the restyled rear diffuser. Other than that, the car rides on 21-inch LSC-FORGED wheels and features a center-mounted dual exhaust system.
SpeedART is also offering an adjustable sports suspension and a custom interior cabin with Alcantara and leather upholstery. Also on the list is a power boost which can increase the output of the flat-six engine to 345 HP, 360 HP or 400 HP.
More details will be disclosed next month in Geneva. Stay tuned.
