2014 Toyota 4Runner starts at $32,820
Several months ago Toyota introduced the 2014 4Runner and now they have published pricing details, with the base model kicking off from $32,820 without taking into account the $860 destination charges.
The entry-level SR5 variant is equipped with fabric seats, Entune infotainment system and 17-inch rims, while for an additional $1,875 it can be fitted with navigation, sunroof, auto-dimming mirrors, power passenger seat and SofTex faux leather seats. Spend an extra $2,920 and you also get a four-wheel drive setup.
The Trail trim is now $35,725 which makes it $1,430 more affordable than last year, and comes with the same equipment as the SR5 but with hill-start assist, crawl control system and a multi-terrain response system. Optionally available is the Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System which will automatically disconnect the sway bars.
Opt for the $41,365 Limited model and you benefit from a 15-speaker Entune Premium JBL audio system, four-wheel drive with locking center differential, plus a tuned X-REAS suspension. All versions are motivated by a 270 bhp 4.0-liter V6 mill linked to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
