American tuner Hennessey is providing a quick glimpse at the VelociRaptor 600 Supercharged based on the all-new Ford F-150. They used the FX4 SuperCrew version and turned it into a yellow beast riding on beadlock-style 17-inch black alloy wheels wrapped around in 33-inch BFGoodrich tires. It also comes with a different front grille and benefits from black fender flares to enhance the rugged appearance of the vehicle which can also be configured with larger front and rear bumpers, a light bar, a winch and even an off-road suspension to better tackle rough terrain.
Under the hood of the VelociRaptor 600 Supercharged by Hennessey is a V8 5.0-liter engine benefiting from a new air intake, remapped ECU, uprated fuel injectors and a sports exhaust system. As a result of these changes, the output of the engine has increased to more than 600 bhp (447 kW) but you’d better hurry as the tuner says production will be capped at just 500 units.
Prices start at $73,500 and can be acquired from Ford dealerships and customers get to benefit from a three-year / 36,000-mile factory warranty.
